Tired of Liberal Judges in California? Here’s How You Can Remove Them

Are you tired of liberal court rulings in California and extremist judges? You’re not alone — and Reform California is hoping you’ll consider joining the fight to help conservative candidates win judge races in California’s 2024 election.

After successfully helping reform-minded candidates win a significant number of seats in targeted races across the state in 2022, Reform California is expanding its efforts with its campaign in 2024 to recruit and support candidates for judge who will fight to uphold the law as written and exercise common sense.

Carl DeMaio, chairman of Reform California, explained that while progress was made in addressing these issues with key wins in 2022, there is still a long way to go to fix California’s courts and stop extremist and activist rulings.

“Every day it seems that we get a new ruling from liberal activist judges in California that undermines the law as written or intended in order to strip away our freedoms and attack the wallets of hard working families,” DeMaio explained. 

“Just look at recent rulings like those that have eroded Californians’ rights to vote on tax increases, made it harder to stop the placement of sex offenders in our communities, made it easier for criminals to be released, and the list goes on,” he continued.

DeMaio believes the 2024 election will deliver key changes in judgeships across the state that could impact rulings and policies for years to come — but only if good candidates step up and run for office — and if they have the resources they need to win.

“We cannot wage this battle alone — we rely on the support of grassroots contributors and volunteers, so this is a fight that everyone needs to join today in order to take back California,” DeMaio concluded.
