Cost-of-living, Crime, and Covid Failures emphasized in “Voices” ads as best case to win Undecided and Latino Voters.
Reform California, one of the largest groups backing the Recall of Gavin Newsom, today announced it will fund the first TV ads YES on Recall targeting undecided and Latino voters statewide. The ads will run on English and Spanish broadcast stations as well as be delivered using text, OTT, and digital platforms.
“The best case to recall Gavin Newsom is to emphasize the skyrocketing cost-of-living and the surging crime in our state as well as his utter failure to be an effective leader on Covid,” noted Carl DeMaio, Chairman of Reform California.

“Newsom’s deceptive ads attempt to scare voters using Covid – but this is the same hypocritical Gavin Newsom who hypocritically dined without a mask and who gave his campaign donors special exemptions from Covid mandates time and time again,” DeMaio noted.
“By every measure – whether it is lost jobs, closed schools, his corrupt special exemptions for rich backers, or even just his hypocrisy and poor role modeling, Gavin Newsom has failed on Covid,” DeMaio concluded.
